I would highly recommend utilizing Udi and Eclipse Remodeling & Roofing for your home improvement and contracting needs. We met Udi when we saw our neighbor getting their roof done, we saw the project from start to finish. The finished product looked so nice and they did such a good job with the cleanup, we knew we should get a quote on our home as well. Since then we've gotten our roof done along with several other projects (painting, new duct work, etc). Even when we had to get our garage door repaired, we reached out to Udi first and he gave us a solid referral. He's honest and efficient with what projects he and his team can take on. He also has a network of referrals for those projects he doesn't do. Udi is our first call for anything related to our home and we wouldn't go anywhere else so long as he's in business. ~ Matthew T

A very long overdue review! We worked with Udi and his team about a year and a half ago and he was wonderful to work with. Great communication, excellent detailed work. His quotes were also reasonable and we got a number of them before choosing him. He was very straightforward and reliable and kept us well informed throughout the whole process from the beginning with selecting our material all the way through city inspections. The city inspector said his team did a beautiful job. His team was also punctual and detail oriented. Our roof is in great shape with no issues at all after the Eaton fires which were nearby us. The winds were so strong we were concerned our roof could have had damage but we had it looked at after the fire and our roof was completely fine. Udi and Eclipse replaced our roof a couple years before the big rains in 2023 and there were absolutely no leaks or problems. The work was done perfectly, ahead of schedule, permits pulled, approved and everything cleaned up. We then had an extensive amount of plaster repair done that five years later is still in perfect shape. Udi and his workers are a pleasure to work with, professional, hard working and produce excellent results. Whenever we have a question Udi addresses it immediately. I've owned my house for many years and Udi and Eclipse are the best contractors I've had do work on my house. We're starting some more large projects using Eclipse and are excited to get the house in even better shape. ~ Susan G

We had a pretty bad leak and some missing roofing during the last few storms. I reached out to Eclipse, and they agreed to come by the next day. Unfortunately, due to other appointment delays, we had to postpone to the following day. Udi, the owner of the company apologized, and arrived 5 minutes early for our appointment. He was very professional, and walked me through the repair process and materials used. He gave us a very reasonable quote, and because if was supposed to rain again, he tried to rush the project. Within 24 hours, he had a crew at our house, and they finished the next day. The work area was cleaner than before and the whole experience was very professional. Udi was involved the whole time making sure everything was done properly. We would definitely use Eclipse again if needed, and will recommend to others! ~ Bryan C

Eclipse roofing will totally make your roofing experience as enjoyable as possible. I never thought I would feel good about spending the money on a new roof, but Udi and his team made the process so easy and painless. This roofing company is AMAZING!! Udi is great. He went above and beyond for us. Before we even started our job, the day after we called, he sent one of his guys with tarp to cover the damage a previous roofer had done because it was going to rain the next day! So thoughtful. He then helped us pick the perfect roof for our home (and not the most expensive one) He handled permits, explained all his choices, updated all the vents, his workers were really good about keeping everything clean and did such an awesome job. They finished not only on time but before scheduled. And when we called with a question about one little detail after the job was finished, Udi showed up that next morning with one of the workers, took a look and adjusted it to our liking. Extremely pleased and impressed with the double torch down roof installation we had done this week by Eclipse - I would highly recommend Udi and his team. I had got site visits/quotes from the 4 best rated local roofing companies but Udi immediately stood out as the most experienced & trustworthy (plus the only one to notice certain site-specific issues that had been flagged in our home purchase inspections eg with drains). The work was scheduled quickly, and the team worked hard to get it all done in 3 days. They even fixed some ad hoc extra issues at no charge incl. re-fitting our living room ceiling light which previous owner had badly installed, getting a broken exterior power socket up and running, creating a support for an interior gas line that was hanging below ceiling in a cupboard. He handled the permitting process and even delivered shingle samples to me before the project started. He always kept in great communication during the project and was on site multiple times every day. The project finished on time and on budget, and I was so impressed that I added gutter replacement. My property was kept clean each day because Udi took such care with my house, and he personally went through my yard to pick up any final nails and debris. I am a Residential building contractor in Los Angeles, in business for 22 years. When myy wife and I built a new home for our family we used Eclipse Roofing to do our standing seam metal roof as well as a small portion of torch down flat roof. Our experience with Eclipse was phenomenal and I have very high expectations when working with subcontractors. We got multiple bids and compared the different standing seam profiles and underlayment materials. The best value as well as aesthetic was the snap lock system that Eclipse offered. Was fortunate to have found such a professional knowledgeable person Udi Zadok, pres of Eclipse Remodeling & Roofing Inc. Our home was ready for a complete restoration inside and outside. His crew did an exceptional job, and they followed their work instructions precisely. I observed they were very experienced. Mr Zadok gave me very good suggestions with questions I had, which helped me with decisions to be made. The exterior of the house and all of the rooms were painted. The carpeting was removed and the existing hardwood floors were beautifully restored by Eclipse. They did a great job in replacing nails and pictures on the walls. A new furnace and all heating ducts were installed. They were very punctual in arriving to work. I would highly recommend Eclipse Remodeling & Roofing without hesitation. We were so lucky to have found Udi of Eclipse Remodeling and Roofing! He’s incredibly knowledgeable about everything roof related and conveyed that on his first visit with us and through the entire project. His expert crew worked like a well oiled machine, even cleaning up any debris at the end of each day. They removed 3 roofs from our 100 year old home, put on plywood with special metallic coating before applying an underlayment then shingles. We selected solar plus reflective shingles from Owens Corning in Mystic Grey. The project manager Eddie understood our needs and went above and beyond. My recent experience of re-roofing the family home with Eclipse Remodeling & Roofing was a positive one. The company’s owner, Udi, quickly handled preparations, such as obtaining the city construction permit and renting a porta-potty so that his workers would not have to use our bathroom and track dirt in from the roof. Udi succeeded in finding a source for specific clay roofing tiles that would match our original vintage tiles. To maintain the character of the century-old house, Udi’s crew reinstalled as many unbroken original tiles as they could salvage, but had to supplement those with the new ones that he purchased, so there was a lot of flexibility required of the crew. Throughout the process, I had plenty of questions, but Udi was always willing and able to answer them or discuss my concerns, and if he wasn’t on the job site, I could always reach him right away on the phone. The building department required multiple inspections along the way, but the crew’s work passed inspection each time without delays. In the end, we still have a good-looking vintage roof, and now it will probably last another hundred years. ~ Yoav P

I am lucky to have found Udi of Eclipse Remodeling & Roofing, Inc.! I needed to have my house reroofed and didn’t know a roofer and I just tried searching the web! Refoofing is a huge maintenance item and I know I can get screwed by just rolling the dice through a search engine. I saw Udi’s reviews, crossed my fingers, and decided to call him. I was so glad I did! Udi and his crew are very professional and exceptionally good at their work. Udi explained everything showed me samples of the different roof shingles and pictures of the roof vent that I requested. He was always available to answer any of my concerns or questions. He said he’ll get my roof done between the rain days and there was a window of about 4 days. He got it done in three! From removing the old shingles, replacing plywood, installing waterproofing membrane and the shingles! I couldn’t believe it! I love my new roof! The best part was he made sure I got the best warranty for the roof and he helped me with the rebate form offered by DWP. If you need an excellent roofer, Udi is your guy! Give him a call. Highly recommend Udi and his team! Udi at Eclipse Remodeling & Roofing did a large +7k square foot roofing job at our house in the Pacific Palisades area of Los Angeles. We were looking for someone who could do metal roofing in Los Angeles who also had a specialty with composite slate, and we settled on Udi given his expertise with both. He used DaVinci Composite Slate for most of the new roof and also used standing seam metal, which he fabricated in-house, for three dormer windows. The dormers were particularly complicated, and Udi made sure they were done right, showing meticulous attention to detail with the color matching, texture, fit and overall appearance. He visited our house daily to ensure the work was being done to the highest degree of craftsmanship and safety. We regularly receive compliments on our roof and have nothing but positive things to say about Udi and his team. Udi also went above and beyond with the recent fire. He regularly called to check in on my family and our house and offered his team for anything they could do to help. Udi can provide my husband or me as a direct reference as needed. ~ Erika S

If I had another roof to replace, I would use Eclipse again. Udi was wonderful to work with. He addressed our concerns and was patient through the unexpected twists and turns (which always seem to pop up during renovations). And they went above and beyond rather than doing the bare minimum. We set a meeting for 9:00 am at my house, Udi pulled up at 8:52 am. Right away, he was more impressive than the others based on that alone. After researching and getting many estimates, my wife and I decided to go with Udi at Eclipse. Based on what we could tell between reviews, photos of the work, and interactions with Udi, his quality seemed to far outpace the others. He showed more attention to detail, walking us through exactly what was involved and also what to watch out for. You can tell Udi has a genuine interest and care in his work. This shows in the final product. He just completed the reroof and I am so glad we went with him. He also got it done in no time flat. On the start date, there turned out to be a massive heat wave this week. Udi kicked into gear with a double crew of guys on the first day to make as much progress as possible.
